メンテナンス後、非常に重かったのが今ホームページを開いてみると改善されていました
私のサイトで使用しているCGIに関しては全く異状はありませんでした

FTPで帯域を占有するのを防ぐためにユーザー別時間帯別にFTP接続を分散させてみるとか･･･

CGI が一部エラーを起こしています
ローカル内でのエラーチェックを行いましたが
ちゃんと動いてました

www2サーバーでXOOPSを使用しています。

度々すいません
現在もphpinfo()で確認したところregister_long_arraysがoffのままのようです。

XOOPSのモジュールで多数エラーが発生してサイトとして機能していない状態です。

register_long_arrays=on での検証後に救えないモジュールの削除、または他のＣＭＳへの変更も考えています。

ＣＭＳを変更する場合はDrupalを検討していますが、Drupalは.htaccessにてrewrite定義等が必要のようです。
現在のサーバーの仕様ではLimit,AuthConfigのみ.htaccessでの定義を許可しているようですが、上記以外を.htaccessで許可する予定などあるのでしょうか？

間違いがあり無効になっておりました。
